Overview
Please observe the following guidelines for admission and planned theatre bookings, whether surgical or medical.
- Overnight admission is required for all major surgeries scheduled.
- Patients coming directly from the admitting doctor should present a completed pre-admission form at the admission desk.
- Patients booked for day surgeries must present themselves at the hospital two hours before the time of the planned surgery.
- The attending consultant is required to be on the pre-approved panel list of doctors for third-party payers and if not, approval should be sought from the insurance before admission.
- A full deposit should be made before or upon admission for all cash-paying patients.
- All emergency admissions from the doctor's clinic must be accompanied by a completed preauthorization form.
- The discharge process should take a maximum of 2 hours and all the required documents are available. Should it take longer, please contact the nurse in charge of the ward you were admitted to for assistance.

The Pediatric Ward has 4 beds, all suited to our children’s comfort. Amenities & Services, Child-friendly menu, Canteen services, Wall-mounted HD TV with cable connection, Bathroom/ and shower facilities
General Ward
A ward has five beds and a shared washroom facility.
Labor Wards
The Labor Ward has been designed for the safety and comfort of expectant mothers with the following options available: Amenities & Services, 1 labor rooms, 1 labor theatre
Maternity Wards
The maternity unit has all the necessary facilities, equipment, and personnel to ensure a safe and healthy delivery for both the mother and the newborn. Our maternity unit is run by highly qualified midwives and clinicians who ensure a safe delivery process and can handle any arising complications. The maternity unit also has a qualified pediatrician on standby to intervene in case of a newborn emergency.
