JR Hospital wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control.
What we have done
- The site is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
- Body text uses Inter, a typeface designed for clear reading on screens, at a comfortable size with strong contrast.
- Text has strong colour contrast, and all features work with a keyboard.
- Forms have clear labels and explain how to fix any errors.
- Pages work on small screens and when text is enlarged, and respect the "reduce motion" setting.
Known limitations
The optional interactive map is provided by Google and may not be fully accessible. The hospital's address and a directions link are always shown as text.
